There is an application that rips the radio stations in the game Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, and it produces ogg vorbis files. These files do not play on my iRiver iHP-120, it just skips on to the next track after about 1 second. I can provide an example file if someone would like to take a look and see what might be causing the problem. __________________________________________________ Phil Hibbs | Capgemini | Rotherham Technical Consultant __________________________________________________ This message contains information that may be privileged or confidential and is the property of the Capgemini Group. However, it may well simply be that the files in GTA:SA just don't fall into the subset of the specification that the iriver players support... I'm assuming that this application rips the files directly from the game archives, rather than encoding into vorbis (I'm told GTA uses vorbis in the game). Mike
I just tried downloading the OggDS Direct Show Filters and they don't play in Windows Media Player either. I have used WinLame to convert to MP3 for a friend's mobile 'phone though. __________________________________________________ Phil Hibbs | Capgemini | Rotherham Technical Consultant __________________________________________________ This message contains information that may be privileged or confidential and is the property of the Capgemini Group.
