Hi all.
Now since flac is part of xiph, will oggenc handle
flac files as input? IMO it makes sense, because flac
is loseless, as are wavs and moreover you should get
automatic copying of tags from flac files to vorbis
files.
I know, that this can be done with shell script, but
direct support in oggenc seems nicer ;-)
Next, from last Ogg traffic and May minutes It seems
version 1.1 of vorbis package is being prepared. Is
there estimated date? (like 'definitely September',
'end of Year', 'tomorrow you fool'....)

My local copy of oggenc has FLAC support (the work was mostly done by Stan Seibert), awaiting some time for integration testing before I commit it (I think it also needs someone to do some auto* work, but I'm not sure about that).
