Ehm... well, you right-click on the fish window and you get a menu where
you can set your preferences. Then you drag'n'drop .wav files into the
window, and after a while there are .ogg versions of the .wav's in the

You need a ripper for that, OggDrop is just a GUI for the encoder. Have
a look at CDex; you can make it rip to Ogg Vorbis directly:
