<p>abr is vbr just with different goals... you're asking what encoding
parameters were used and i know you can get the name and version of the
encoder used, but i dont think it supplies the parameters used to encode
the file also. I think ogg123 displays all the info available about the
encoder when you play a file that you can get. Could be wrong though,
it's been a while since i worked with ogg/vorbis players.
