Vorbis - Mar 2001 - Problem with Windows Libvorbis Source Code

I have downloaded the source code of libvorbis beta 4 from the windows 
downloads section of vorbis.com.

The text files (.c, .h, .bat, .dsp, etc.) in the zip archive seems not to be 
windows text, but unix text. So when I compile it in Windows, it couldn't 
work.

You'll have to convert the dsp files, since msvc is broken and can't
deal with normal line endings. The rest should be fine - or just check
them out using cvs on a windows machine, and the conversion should be
done for you.
