Vorbis dev - Oct 2002 - viewcvs interface

I've added a web interface to the cvs repository (viewcvs). I find this is
pretty handy for
tracking changes or pointing people at files for reference. Just follow the
browse link at
the top of the main cvs page:

        http://www.xiph.org/cvs.html

We used to have an (undocumented, I think) cvsweb interface, but it looks like
it didn't make
it to the new server. Viewcvs is better, anyway.

That will be handy.  I found a web interface to LAME CVS handy when I 
was testing the development a few years ago.
