If you look beyond the directory structure, you'll notice that it is a
complete rewrite, and that is isn't finished. You might want to have a
look at the 1.0-gnutls branch instead. That one works, and uses X.509
certificates for authentication. So you could create a CA certificate,
distribute it to all tincds, and after that all tincds would accept any
connection from a tincd who's certificate was signed by that CA, without
the need to copy public keys beforehand.
