Syslinux - Jul 2013 - Efi64 boot fail during download from kernel and initrd via http

If it is http://rosa.stappers.nl/ff/boot-efi-s100.cap
then is at packet 2242 the client ( .243) started to send
  "TCP Dup ACK" of packet 2241


Thing I what to mention is that there packets of sizes bigger as 9000bytes.
So large as jumbo frame.

I replaced the syslinux.efi and ldlinux.e64 with the one from 6.02-pre1.
As written before this work. I also captured the traffic and see the same dup
ack and retrans.

So it seems that is't the problem.

I can start the debug.c32, but need the required parameter.

What I understand from
http://www.syslinux.org/wiki/index.php/Development/Debugging#Syslinux_Dynamic_Debugger
is that 'pxe_call' is the required parameter.
