[Pertains to the Advanced Menu System]
Due to the way it was implemented an upper bound on the number of
menus was required. Now that the implementation has changed there is
no need for a MAXMENUS anymore.
I changed the code some time ago (my local copy) to get rid of all the
MAX* variables. I haven't got around to submitting the patch. Once I
locate where I stored the changed code, I will submit a patch and
after that you will not need to worry about the MAX* limitation any
more.
