   Result:

   DHCP  ok

   TFTP ok (pxelinux.0 transfer correct)

   But  nothing  happens more, no SAY messages, no PROMPT, no DISPLAY, no
   KERNEL loading

Does the version of pxelinux matter?

If I Recall Correct, does that happen when pxelinux.0 is downloaded by
FTP as an ASCII file.

Download the pxelinux.0 as a _binary_ file and try again.
