What changed between 1.72 and 1.73? Changelog doesn't indicate anything that would effect this that I can tell. created 1.68MB floppy using syslinux 1.73 FAILS using syslinux 1.72 BOOTS OK results: 1.73 - I can hear the floppy doing something, but no output to screen. Just tried 1.74 and it boots without reporting the invalid/corrupt kernel. As noted in your release information for 1.74(the "slow" issue), I still have to use the "-s" to get around this.
