Hi , Our company CellAir (www.CellAir.co.za) is developing a hardware VOIP device, we have an AMR codec that works very well, we want to start using the speex codec. We are looking for a C narrowband SPEEX example that has an PCM array as an input and a SPEEX array output for encoding and then also decoding with a SPEEX input and a PCM output.
