MFA variables graph, filtered by separate.analyses
Hi!
Apologies if this is not the correct place to ask. I am attempting a
MFA analysis of a dataset based on wine chemical and sensory analysis,
based on the STHDA tutorial [1]. (I am using this dataset here too, as
an example dataset to work on without posting my actual data. I've
tried this with both my data and the example data, with the exact same
results.)
The only issue I am having is

MFA variables graph, filtered by separate.analyses
Hi Gavin,
I can't work through this right now, but I would start by looking at
the 'hetcor' package to get the correlations, or if they are already
in the return object, build a plot from these.

FactoMineR
Hola,

- Malignant tumour of the larynx trachea bronchus and lungs
- Malignant tumour of the lip pharynx and mouth
- Other endocrinological metabolic and nutritional conditions

FactoMineR
Estimados
Adjunto
tabla original
Saludos cordiales

save object interactively
Hello, it wanted to know as I can keep to save a object of R in interactive
form, in which I can put the name of the file in a window of I talk, and
not to have to create it, a badly serious example:

> nbre<-"x.Rdata"
> f<-file.choose()

I am trying to compile R-devel (R-devel_2006-05-17.tar.gz) on Red Hat
Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon Update 7) using the Portland Group
compiler 6.0. (I have not yet successful compiled R on this
configuration, so I don't know if this is a new problem.) I get an error

R Commander and FactoMineR
Dear Users,
I helped to install R Commander and FactoMineR to one of my collegaues.
He wanted to do an MCA. Selecting three variables and using the default settings results in only one graph, the variables representation, where he gets three points for the three variables (which is totally fine).
Running the code (output of the point-and-click method)

cophenetic matrix
Hello,
I analyse some free-sorting data so I use hierarchical
clustering.
I want to compare my proximity matrix with the tree
representation to evalute the fitting. (stress, cophenetic correlation

xyplot: subscripts, groups and subset
Hi,
I'm running the following code to produce lattice plots of microfibril
angle versus ring number in Scots pine. There are 12 trees and 5 sample
positions ("Position") in each tree:
xyplot(MFA ~ RN | Tree, data = MFA.data,
groups = Position, subscripts=TRUE,

MFA and PubKeys
Hello all,
I'm trying to get a properly working MFA solution working with our ssh servers. I have it working wonderfully well with duo until ssh keys are added to the mix.
As I understand it, using keys results in the PAM stack not getting called and thus something like pam_duo never get's a chance to work in that scenario.
I'm aware that I can use something like "ForceCommand

So Samba in this instance acts just as any other AD DC around 2008
functional level. For web applications that can integrate with AD, and
then add MFA at that layer then it should work just like Windows does -
