ylim problem in barplot
R Version 2.2.0 Platform: Windows When I use barplot but select a ylim value greater than zero, the graph is distorted. The bars extend below the bottom of the graph. : Prediction interval for a Gaussian family log-link model
Hi there fellow R-users, Can anyone tell me how to build a prediction interval for a gaussian log-link model for the reponse variable?? I can find the standard error of the predictions but I cant seem to find the prediction interval. Is there a way I can calculate the prediction interval from the standard errors?? mtext adj= wrong with several las= (PR#7188)
Dear all, Our quite basic function mtext() does wrong adjustments in some parameter configurations. This gets obvious when using multi line texts: There is no way to properly adjust text perpendicular to axis 2, for example. losing x-label when exporting to PNG
I have a simple barplot that looks fine in the R graphics device window. However when I export it to png I am losing the x-label. It must be an obvious problem but I cannot see it. Drawing a rectangle around a barplot()
Hi I want to draw a rectangle behind a barplot such that it highlights those particular bars from the rest of the plot. I have figured out how to draw a barplot(), and then how to draw a rectangle of the correct shape and size (using rect()), but when I use rect() it draws over the top of the bars, and then when I re-draw the bars, it draws with a white background, thus eliminating my rectangle!
