Hi all, I've a problem with the size of the labels of my pie-charts when I try to write them to a postscript file. I need to increase the default size, so I change cex (see below). While playing around with panther I discovered (with surprise) that tcltk seems to work (even if not smoothly) with RAqua without first calling tkStartGUI. I switched back to 10.2.6 and it works as well. I think this is due to the "last minute" fix in RAqua now using idle timers because of too much cpu usage. Some "mouse" trick is needed though. I'm having trouble with the heatmap function in R. When I try and heatmap something, my graphics window does not open. Does anyone know if this is a glitch in the version of R that I'm using?
