OT: ps -> eps -> MS Word

What is the generally accepted way to put certain math symbols into plain text email? ESS 5.1.19 w/Xemacs 21.4.6

A set of recommended packages which have been tested with R-1.4.1 has been bundled up. Binary distributions are expected to include these packages.
