RV: About your driver NUTDRV_ATCL_USB(8) for install
Dear Charles,
Thanks for your quick reply, but I can't install nut_2.7.2 in my raspberry.
1) I create a [nut] directory and use wget to download three files:
[nut_2.7.2-1.dsc] [nut_2.7.2.orig.tar.gz] [nut_2.7.2-1.debian.tar.xz] 2)I
unpack:
dpkg-source -x nut_2.7.2-1.dsc
3) I use command
root at pi1:/nut/nut-2.7.2# debuild -us -uc .
..
And I have the following error code:

I think I may be of some help in this matter. Since I am running a
bunch of Raspberry Pi's with NUT and it took a lot of hacking to make
it possible. You could probably copy and paste this right into a
shell script and just run it ...

apt-get source xapian-bindings
cd xapian-bindings-1.2.*
rm debian/control
env PHP_VERSIONS=5 debian/rules maint
debuild -e PHP_VERSIONS=5 -us -uc
cd ..
sudo dpkg -i php5-xapian_*.deb

How to generate the debs?
I note that a number of libguestfs-realted .deb files are downloadable here:
http://libguestfs.org/download/binaries/ubuntu-packages/
I'd like to be able to build these files myself, and so I want to get my
hands on the input files to dpkg-buildpackage that were used to generate
these (the .dsc file, the .orig.tar.gz file, and the .diff.gz, if any).
Where can I find them?

debian package from svn / errors and non working debian rules
Hello,
I tried to build an debian package from svn. First I checked out trunk
and the 2.3.2 branch, which both build this quite "old" package :-)

Then I tried the kh branch, which doesn't build with dpkg-buildpackage:

lenny-cran AMD64
Hi.
First, I would like to thank all the contributors to this project for
their efforts. Given that we primarily use Debian and R as our computing
platform, having access to these backports has been very beneficial.
I have been looking in the last couple of days for AMD64 lenny backports
of the R 2.9.0 packages in lenny-cran. Will these appear in due course or
are there issues backporting

Rpy not working after upgrade to R2.9.1
Hi,
I'm running Ubuntu Jaunty, downloading R and Rpy from this repository:
deb http://cran.uk.r-project.org/bin/linux/ubuntu jaunty/
When was automatically upgraded, Rpy (which should be downloaded from
the same repository) seems to have stopped working. I've tried
re-installing the python-rpy package manually. I get the following
error when I try to import rpy:

Calling R functions from Python
All-
Thanks in advance for your help.
I'm trying to call R function using Python in a windows environment and have
downloaded the Rpy library however it doesn't appear to work with R 2.7.2.
Does anyone know if a new version of Rpy exists for windows that will work
with R and where it can be downloaded from?
Here's an example of the error I'm getting:
