Hello,
I am mirroring the debian tree using rsync. I realised following bug.
Version: 2.5.5-0.2 on Debian GNU/Linux. Rsync did not correct old symlinks.

Just today I compilied openssh-2.1.1p1 on Debian Slink and Potato both to come out with the same problem.
I am compiling them with openssl-0.9.5a.. The configure line I use for openssh is below:
./configure --sysconfdir=/etc/ssh --prefix=/usr --with-ssl-dir=../openssl-0.9.5a
So I compile, do a make install restart the sshd daemon and everything seems fine.
Then when I do a w at the prompt

1.2.3-1 package for Debian GNU/Linux released
Hi,
I just got round to releasing 1.2.3 Debian package (which should
hopefully make it into the freeze for Debian 2.2, aka potato)
It should hit the Debian non-US mirrors soon, but if you cannot wait,
it's also here:
http://www.hands.com/~phil/debian/openssh/
[ Damien, you might want to check out the patch, its got a few things
that should probably go upstream. I'll annotate it if

Debian packages for R-1.3.0
I have installed the binary packages for Debian GNU/Linux release 2.3
(woody) in the U.S. mirror of the CRAN archive. They should propagate
to the main CRAN archive within a day and to the other mirrors within
two days.
These packages have been compiled with gcc-3.0 and g77-3.0. I believe
the testing distribution currently provides only a snapshot of
gcc-3.0, not the latest released version, so

debian Woody upgrade hurt my wine..., not sure of the new config
hello,
when i was running debian potato, i managed to get wine working
some-what. i hadn't played with it much- i just recently installed it. i

[Bug 421] compile error on Debian slink
http://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=421
------- Additional Comments From dtucker at zip.com.au 2003-05-04 10:05 -------
Is this still broken for anyone? I built the current CVS tree on a Debian/slink
test box today and it complied OK and ran a complete regression test (including
privsep).

Hi,
and another interesting bug report, where I'm not sure what the correct
behaviour of openssh should be. Thanks for your comments:

Debian package for R-0.63.2
I have uploaded a Debian GNU/Linux package for R-0.63.2 to the
standard Debian mirrors (in the unstable distribution) and to the CRAN
mirror
http://cran.stat.wisc.edu/bin/linux/debian/2.1/
It should hit the other CRAN mirrors within two days.
The lintian checker for Debian packages complains that this package
was compiled with a bad libc. I have not been able to verify this. I
think lintian

[PATCH] Fix samba daemon startup with systemd
I totaly not agree with that blog.
And this...
(quote from site.)
Yes, you read right: what the Devuan developers are doing is creating stability. Think about it not in a few repeating systemd bugs or about the insecurity caused by a huge, monolithic piece of software running with root privileges. Why do people favor Linux on servers over Windows? It is very easy: people don't use Windows,
