Unable to emerge Wine 1.1.5 on Gentoo AMD64
Hello, I am currently trying to emerge wine on my Gentoo AMD64 system, and it is currently failing on the last package. I haven't been able to make much sense out of the error message. If anyone knows what is going on or can otherwise point me to where I should look or anything to try, it would be greatly appreciated. Here is the error I am getting: make: *** [programs] Error 2 * *

Still problems at compiling
Hello experts, to avoid any unknown problems with my Linux installation I have now as a last resort method installed SuSE Linux 9.0 a new and have downloaded a fresh copy of Asterisk via CVS. Then I followed the steps of the "Getting started with Asterisk" and compiled successfully zaptel and libpri (as far as I can see). But when I compile asterisk I get an error. I have attached the

[LLVMdev] cfrontend building
Stephan, I've seen this before. It happens when you do "make bootstrap" in llvm-gcc. While "make bootstrap" is the correct way to build GCC, its not the correct way to build llvm-gcc. Based on my experience with this, I suggest you completely erase your build tree and then follow the CFEBuildInstr.html instructions *to the letter* with zero deviations. If you

Problem with rules being 'ignored'
Hey there, sorry to bug you, I've ran into a little problem conscerning a logcheck-rule I just wrote. I use logcheck and logcheck-database on Debian Etch. When logcheck reports me something I don't want it to, I normally write a rule to match that logentry and put it in a file called my_rules in /etc/logcheck/ignore.d.server/ ... that worked perfectly fine. Until that rule: Logcheck

Re: [libvirt] JVM crashes during GC
Note: A couple of times I have seen errors while closing the connection (the trace ending with virFree). Also, a few times I have seen backtraces which show the flow going via esx driver and finally failing to close connection. Unfortunately I dont have those logs anymore. The execution results I have shared have been obtained using Libvirt built from source using the following config parameters:
