Para_virtualised Kernel for running XEN-3.2 on Thamesblue Supercomputer
Hi, We are trying to setup XEN testbed on Thamesblue supercomputer which has IBM JS2X blade servers. I know that XEN 3.2 was the last release which supports PowerPC. We want to give it a try now. We are running SLES 10.2 and Gentoo on these blades. Can anyone please tell me which Pv_ops kernel should I use for setting up XEN 3.2 on powerpc? Thanks. Best Regards, Hassan

Help with Data Transformation

PES2012 recently stopped working
I've recently updated wine version from 1.3.29 to 1.3.33 and I realised that PES2012 stopped working. It just opens a MessageBox with the text "The dynamic library rld.dll failed to initialize (E300)" and closes, without any error message on the terminal window. I started downgrading the version of wine to check when the error started, and I can confirm that the problem started on

XCP Management Tools Inquiry
XCP Users: As many of you are aware, there are several open source products available for everyone to use when working with XCP. I would like to get some feedback on the various tools to get a feeling on how people are using XCP and these tools. Here are the tools that I am aware of (please respond if you are using another tool): * OpenXenManager -

XCP Downloading and Xen.org
Xen Community: As you are aware, the Xen Cloud Platform has been available for download since last November and is becoming a very successful release for Xen.org. In fact, we are seeing substantial network traffic for this solution as we had 26 TB of data from XCP downloads in the past 4 weeks. Of course, this amount of traffic is forcing a re-examination of our co-location agreements as we are

[Fedora-xen] Xen, Linux and EFI.
Hey, There has been some discussion about EFI and SecureBoot and such. Most of the time I get questions in the form of "How do I get Fedora 17 with Xen to do EFI", I am going to concentrate on Fedora, but I think this applies to other distros too. From my reading (I hadn't actually tried EFI yet), there are two ways to bootup a system: - Using grub2.efi. Grub2 does the EFI API

[Xen-API] XCP Monthly Call Request
I am planning to schedule a monthly XCP meeting for the community and am struggling with when to host the call. As we are a global community, there is no single optimal time to host the meeting. In an effort to support the most likely attendees, please send me your time zone if you plan to participate in these calls. I will track the most common time zones in an effort to maximize attendance. All
