Citrix Project Satori and 2.6.32-7
Hello group, I am running the Linux kernel 2.6.32-7 and using the GPL Hyper-V drivers (hv_vmbus, hv_storvsc, hv_netvsc, hv_blkvsc). The only thing that is not working is the mouse integration. This a Linux guest under Hyper-V on Windows Server 2008 R2. I had InputVSC (Citrix Project Satori) working under kernel 2.6.18-6 with Microsoft''s Linux integration components. This worked great

Sveasoft Alchemy QOS
I just bought two new Linksys WRT54G routers. Sveasoft has loaded Linux on this router and included a bunch of Linux tools, one of which is Bandwidth Management. The QoS aspect of this is supposed to be much more granular than the previous solution (Wonder Shaper). I have not been able to find any suggestions for how to impliment QoS (Bandwidth Management) using the web interface of Alchemy.

legend/plotmath/substitute problem
Dear R Experts, I am trying to produce a legend for a series of plots which are generated in a loop. The legend is supposed to look like this: 2000: gamma=1.8 where gamma is replaced by the greek letter and both the year and the value of gamma are stored in variables. Everything works fine as long as I have only one data series: year = 2001 g = 1.9 plot(1) legend('top',

help with for loop: new column giving count of observation for each SITEID
Hello, I think this is easy, but I can't seem to find a good way to do this in the R help. I have a list of sites, with multiple years of data for each site id. I want to create a new column that gives a number describing whether it is the 1st year ("1" ) the data was collected for the site, the second year ("2"), etc. I have different years for each siteid, but I don't

lmer - Is this reasonable output?
I'm estimating two models for data with n = 179 with four clusters (21, 70, 36, and 52) named siteid. I'm estimating a logistic regression model with random intercept and another version with random intercept and random slope for one of the independent variables. fit.1 <- lmer(glaucoma~(1|siteid)+x1 +x2,family=binomial,data=set1,method="ML",

XCP Management Tools Inquiry
XCP Users: As many of you are aware, there are several open source products available for everyone to use when working with XCP. I would like to get some feedback on the various tools to get a feeling on how people are using XCP and these tools. Here are the tools that I am aware of (please respond if you are using another tool): * OpenXenManager -

XCP Downloading and Xen.org
Xen Community: As you are aware, the Xen Cloud Platform has been available for download since last November and is becoming a very successful release for Xen.org. In fact, we are seeing substantial network traffic for this solution as we had 26 TB of data from XCP downloads in the past 4 weeks. Of course, this amount of traffic is forcing a re-examination of our co-location agreements as we are

XCP Community Meeting #2
Team: It is time to start thinking about our 2nd XCP meeting for the Xen.org XCP team. The last meeting was held on May 25, 2010 at 14:00 UTC. Notes are at http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/XCP_Monthly_Meetings. For the next meeting I hope to schedule a time that is better for our Asian participants so please contact me with a time that would be best if you live in Japan, Korea, Australia, etc.

Specifying geographic related facts
Let''s say I have two different geographic sites. They are pretty much identical ie. each site has a machine called web1 which is a web server, etc. Except there are couple site-specific settings ie. outgoing DNS servers are different, SSL certs are different etc. On the puppetmaster I can put in a file called e.g. /etc/sideid which would uniquely identify a site ie. siteX or siteY.
