Hi Guys,
I'm trying to get Sky Anytime/Sky Player working on OS X (running on an ATV) 10.5.2 - I installed the stable version of darwine (1.0.1) - got around the obstacles of installing .net, IE 6 and wmp11 (as it's required by Sky Player) - Sky Player seems to run 2 other .exe in the background "KHost" and "KService" ... however, when ever I launch the sky player I

3d Games on OpenSuSE 11.1 with ATI
Ok guys, I really think I am loosing it here. I finally got a copy of Linux to work well on my Laptop (HPdv5 1003nr) and most games will not load under wine.
I have tried:
WoW (which works well under my home box with Ubuntu and Nvidia 8800)
Half-life 2 (have not tested on the other machine yet - though I do know it used to work)
Fear (again only on the laptop)
Stalker

problem writing to settings
Hey,
I'm having a bit of a problem with my wine install, or perhaps a combination
of wine and my ignorance of Linux. I'm using it to run World of Warcraft
mainly (using the install on the Linux partition, tho I have a copy on
Windows aswell), but one thing that bothers me is that my settings never
seem to be saved. I went through the output the terminal generates and this
is what it says:

Orange Box killed my sound
I am currently running Ubuntu 8.04 and have been using Wine to run games such as WoW and D2 the last few months without any problems.
So the other day my friend wanted me to play Zombie Panic with him. I got out my copy of the Orange Box I had laying around and decided to try and get it to run in Wine. Long story short, it didn't.
None of the Orange Box games, Garry's Mod, or Zombie Panic

Problems installing WoW on Fedora 13
Hi there.
I am not a Linux noob, but equally, I wouldn't say I'm an expert either; I get by.
Recently built myself a new Fedora 13 box, running an AMD quad 955. I chose X64, which may have been my first BIG mistake, but I've stuck with that decision.
I have installed Wine, and have the 32bit version working.
I play WoW on XP, but, would like to get it running under Wine.

Lotus Notes 6.5 fail to install in Wine
Hi,
I'm trying to install Lotus Notes Client 6.5 in Brazilian Portuguese
with Wine 0.9.36 and its doesn't work. I find in
http://wiki.winehq.org/LotusNotes that this version of wine can
install and run the Lotus Notes 6.0, 6.5, and 7 Windows clients
without any special effort. And don't find any bugs related to that.
Someone know something about?
Thanks, Vitor

Starcraft II Beta Launcher Issue
I successfully installed the beta to one of my partitions, and the patches were all applied without a hitch, didn't get the slow firewall problem until the last patch application though, for whatever reason. I have an nVidia GTX 260 with the most current drivers installed. When I put the following command in the terminal it hangs on the bold and then goes through the rest to give me a popup
