Re: matrix exponential: M0
H i, all! First of all, I'd like to apologize for my poor English. It's for years I don't use it. This is a R-version of a function I wrote a long ago for my HP48 calculator. It works with the binary expression of the power and just need to duplicate the mem used by X. Hope this helps. mtx.exp<-function(X,n) #Function to calculate the n-th power of a matrix X; { phi <-

Hello all, I am new to the list so bear with me. I am testing dovecot out on a test server running RHEL ES 3, I have installed 0.99.14-1.1.el3 and 1.0-0_20.rc7.el3. This server is using the mbox mailbox format, running sendmail, procmail, and using PAM to do authentication to an LDAP server. I get varying results between the two version. 0.99.14-1.1.el3 : Upon installing this I leave

[Gluster-devel] Gluster health/status
Gluster devs, I found the message below in the archives. glfs-health.sh is not included in the v3.0.3 sources - is there any plan to add this to the "extras" directory? What's its status? Ian == snip == Raghavendra G Mon, 22 Feb 2010 20:20:33 -0800 Hi all, Here is some work related to Health monitoring. glfs-health.sh is a shell script to check the health of glusterfs.

tftp client patch
Hi, All! I'm looking for tftp-hpa package maintainer. I've implemented verbose error code reporting (aka verbose exit status) for tftp client, so any program which runs it can determine whether it succeeded or failed and if failed, why. It's especially useful for writing scripts which use tftp. Current version almost always reports success (exit status 0) and practically not usable in

loglinear models
I am using the loglin function of the base package to fit log-linear models. I am interested in obtaining the parameter values and their standard errors. Parameters are easily obtained, but I haven't found the way of obtaining their standad errors. Is this possible with the loglin function? If not, is there any other function to get them? Many thanks, -- Vicente Piorno Departamento de Ecolox?a

New user
Hi all, i'm a new user of wine and i have some doubts. First i'm using wine with gentoo. I read in the wine web some info about the config file that wine uses, but in the gentoo ebuild no sample file is installed, or i haven't found it. Even more it seems that the winecfg application is used to configure wine, but it seems to not be finished and uses the registry files in ~/.wine to

Dreamhost issues
Hi there! I just have discovered this wonderful plugin a few days ago and I uploaded a little test to my Dreamhost account. I simply got a worker that resizes an image that the user uploads. So this morning I launched the BackgrounDRb server on my account with the rake task and began to upload some test images. The server daemon has been executing until a few minutes ago, I suppose because of

/lib/tls.disabled or xen-friendly glibc?
Hi, until now I have run Xen with /lib/tls out of the way for both dom0 and domU''s, but now I''m trying to install OpenLDAP in a domU, which requires TLS as default. So now I have at least three options ahead of me: 1. mv /lib/tls.disabled back to /lib/tls and accept the performance penalty (is there any documentation on how heavy this penalty is?) 2. Compile OpenLDAP

Where to submit translation bugs?
Hello there, As far as I remember there is one bug in Polish translation of winecfg application. The window title is "Konfiguracje wine" which literally means "Wine configurations". It shouldn't be plural. The correct translation is "Konfiguracja wine". I don't want to spam bugzilla with this, but anyone knows where to get the contact to translators? The

GLM & ANOVA
