similar to: Wine + Audiosurf ?

Hello, Just trying to get Audiosurf to work under wine 1.3.8. I'm running 64-bit GNU/Linux with 32-bit wine (64-bit Wine Prefix). When I launch Audiosurf everything goes well and it loads up to the main screen. I choose my character, and then move onto the song selection. I'm having an issue with WINE and HL2 and games on steam. I am a new Linux user (sorry). I can't get HL2 or any games to go true fullscreen to cover my panels on the top and bottom and also in Audiosurf and HL2 and whatnot I can't get the cursor to register properly. It's always above where the actual cursor is on the screen. Is there a way to fix these 2 issues?

Lots of 3D games such as Team Fortress 2, Audiosurf or Stalker have very low performance in comparison to running on the same computer on Windows. What can I do to improve it? What developers have still to implement to fully support 3D rendering?

Hi, as some of you may know, there were some issues reported recently about the Steam version of this game not starting. Presumably the solution was to compile wine 1.2+ with a recent version of GCC and binutils, so that the copy protection software could hook certain functions.
