typo in R online manual (PR#7200)
There is a mistake on the "Weibull Distribution" (base package) help
page in the online docs (http://docs.stat.ufl.edu/R/doc/html/). The
formula for Var(X) should have Gamma(1 + 1/a)^2 in place of Gamma(1 + 1/a).

I sometimes think that it?s pointless for Americans to talk much about recent events in Gaza because we know how it will play out ? America will do absolutely nothing to interfere with the

[Bridge] [PATCH 1/1] bridge: fix message_age_timer calculation
This changes the message_age_timer calculation to use the BPDU's max age as opposed to the local bridge's max age. This is in accordance with section 8.6.2.3.2 Step 2 of the 802.1D-1998 sprecification.
With the current implementation, when running with very large bridge diameters, convergance will not always occur even if a root bridge is configured to have a longer max age.

bug resolve yet for export OCFS2 volume to NFS client ?
I found this from ocfs1.4 document:
g) NFS
OCFS2 volumes can be exported as NFS volumes. This support is limited to
NFS version 3, which translates to Linux kernel version 2.4 or later.
Users must mount the NFS volumes on the clients using the nordirplus
mount option. This disables the READDIRPLUS RPC call to workaround a bug
in NFSD, detailed in the following link:

Slow performance
Hello again,
We have hit some performance problem today in one of our clusters. The
performance suddenly drop from the normal performance (about
30Mbytes/s), read/write, to a few Kbytes/s (about 200Kbytes/s), read
only, for a while, and as sudden as it started, it backs to the normal
read/write performance, cycling randomly. When the "read only" occurs
on one node, the other shows only

Intel DH67BL + CentOS 5.5 IRQ #177 nobody cared
Hello,
We have built a couple of CentOS 5.5 systems on the Intel DH67BL (Sandy Bridge) motherboard and overall they work pretty well.
I'm having one problem which keeps cropping up and that is an error message that says:
IRQ 177 nobody cared (try booting with the irqpoll option)
report bad irq, references CPU idle
then it references usb_hcd_irq and e1000_intr
then it disables the add-on

[Bridge] [PATCH 2.4] Bridge STP message age
This is the 2.4 version which incorporates the observations from Kishore
about 2.6. The existing 2.4 code set the age properly, but did not increment
correctly for HZ=1000 and could send a stale (expired) configuration.
