Mount with Relay: Fallback-override does not work
Hello, I'm using Icecast over 10 years, so let me first say *Thank you to all developers* of Icecast! I have a problem using a mount with relay and a fallback. The option <fallback-override> is not working. I tested two different configurations: _Configuration A:_     <mount>         <mount-name>/Stream-096k.mp3</mount-name>

Searching for Doku Samba with LDAP
Hy * I'm searching for Doku acting as an PDC in an Windows environment. I was able to set up the Ldap-Directory itself, storing the Users in the Directory, this all is working. But was not able to let the Workstations join the Domain. Here i don't find Dokumentation about it. Can anyone send me links about Dokumentation about LDAP and Samba, acting as an PDC. Thank you very much

Saving the monitor file on new file always using Monitor(wav, Record1, m)
Dear List; For each call (in specific case), I need to do a record and save in a spearated file, so I am thinking the best thing is to save based on the time. Monitor(wav,Record1,m) So, how can I make the file name to be based on the current time (which is changed always, or based on the some unique paramter (related to the call it self). Any advise? Regards Bilal

Problem with new version of R: Mutated vocals
Dear ladies and gentlemen, I have recently installed the latest version of R (4.3.3) for windows. Now I have the following problems with mutated vowels like ?, ?, etc. Here is an example: If I type the command: Dir <- "C/Users/macho/Documents/_LVn/Experimentelle ?bungen" in the R console there is no problem. However, if I put the same command into a source file (e.g. Test.r) and call

<fallback-override>
Hello! I have a fallback mount point with <fallback-override>. When my source client reconnects, the media player is moved mack to the right mount point but the media players I have tried (mplayer and VLC) keep playing the fallback. Is this because of my source client (liquidsoap), icecast or the media players? I think I noticed some message in mplayer about mime type or something.

Resample and Relay Using Icecast2
Hi Robert, Icecast itself doesn't do any resampling of audio streams it receives. One would likely craft a solution that listens to the original stream and re-encodes on the fly, providing those alternate bitrate streams back to Icecast. I've heard people doing this with liquidsoap and other source clients, and a bit of server-side magic. Some quick Googling provided me with this link

ggplot: a new system for drawing graphics in R
ggplot provides a new system for drawing graphics in R, based on the Grammar of Graphics. It combines the advantages of both base and lattice graphics: conditioning and shared axes are handled automatically, and you can still build up a plot step by step from multiple data sources. It also implements a more sophisticated multidimensional conditioning system and a consistent interface to map data

fallback override failing for 128 mbps mp3 stream
I'm still having an issue with the fallback override from a 128 kbps mp3 stream. I have 6 streams all with fallbacks and overrides. All are working except the 128 mp3. All of the fallback streams are from ezstream which just plays a file matching the original source format. my 3 ogg streams and 2 of my mp3 streams work just fine with fallbacks and come back when the original stream

Fallback on-demand relay problem
We found an interesing issue that after a downed publishing point is restored, the fallback relay doesn't stop relaying. We've tried everything, but once /asf2 or /asf3 is envoked for /asf1 fallback reasons, they don't stop relaying their source streams even though the output stream /asf1 has returned to normal. Eventually we end up with /asf2 relaying indefinately with no
