Great, just looking to confirm that there is no "official" support site; Has anyone one tried using digital rapids hardware(cards appliances) to feed live video / audio to an icecast server? Thanks for any feedback! Regards, Ben. -----Mensaje original----- De: xiphmont at gmail.com [mailto:xiphmont at gmail.com] En nombre de xiphmont at xiph.org Enviado el: lunes, 05 de abril

Xyplot

Modelling: A table of domains
Greetings! I''m thinking of setting up a table of "domains", consisting of the core fields id, code, name, description, and type. Users is a domain, orders is a domain, recipes is a domain, etc. Domain attributes other than those covered by the core fields will go to, say, a user_other_fields table, recipe_other_fields, etc. I see the advantage of having all

Agents log in afterhours
Hi all, I received a report of a client which stated that two of its agents are ?logging in? to the queues when they actually aren?t there working. They appeared to be logged on all night. They thought they weren?t logging off correctly, but they checked one of them and he was following the procedure. Any ideas of what can be happening? Is there a way to prevent logins to queues afterhours?

/lib/tls rename in Debian Lenny
Hi! I''m installing my Xen server with debian lenny, because I had some problems with etch intstallation and SATA AHCI. I installes xen from sources, and everything went ok. But when I restarted, I can see the message telling me to disable TLS moving /lib/tls, but I don''t have that directory! I tried installing libc6-xen, but the message keeps appearing... Any ideas? empty wireframe
Perhaps I am missing something incredibly basic, but I can't get the wireframe function to plot anything other than an empty graph with axes (and the correct scale). Cloud() works just fine, as does scatterplot3d(), and wireframe() works fine for other data sets I have. Are there some data sets that can't be plotted with wireframe()? If so, what are the characteristics that prevent

a first opinion on rattle
Graham   I have installed rattle and is pretty intuitive and friendly. However, I miss some features of the original packages which cannot be invoked from rattle. For example, 'randomForest' package is used but random forests cannot be used in one of  -in my opinion- most powerful aspects like regression. The same about SVM . I would also say include RVM which the scientific literature

Problems to compile examples of RInside
Hello, I have some problems to migrate to R >3.0 my devel machine (R.2.15.2). So I decided to start from scratch with a brand new virtual machine. Downloaded latest network install of debian testing, not stable (jessie/sid, SMP Debian 3.16.3-2 (2014-09-20) x86_64 GNU/Linux) installed only with ssh-server and basic utilities (no X). Then I installed R by: apt-get install

Theora performance
Hi list, I just came across this site: http://web.mit.edu/xiphmont/Public/theora/demo.html I was wondering are these issues being addressed or will be addressed before the 1.0 release? Theora is like the only open sourced free code people can use, i will be nice if it performs close to other libs. please keep up the good work! -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was

Updates to development?
Hi, again. Are there any updates to the development of Theora? Like a version 1.2? I ask this because I want to be re-assured Theora is not just sitting while people are choosing H.264... -- Daniel Hendrycks -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Tremor maintenance
hi, could someone please apply these to Tremor svn? 0001-update_symbols.patch there are 3 public symbols in the headers, which are missing in the linker script and thus marked as private again. This causes issues for e.g. gstreamer (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=616194). 0002-pkgconfig.patch this adds a pkg config file You probably also want to do something like Index:

[PATCH] stream.c needs sys/types.h

Question about Density Plot
Hi I've attached an example about something I want to do in R. This example was done in a Fortran application called ASGL. Here's an example in matplotlib http://matplotlib.sourceforge.net/examples/pylab_examples/hexbin_demo.html Basically, it's like a scatter plot, but have several additional things. One thing are the grids inside the graph, and the other is a density bar used
