Hi, I have icecast installed, with ices 2.0 providing it with an ogg stream. Both connects. But my Zinf player says "Skipped corrupt file" at the end of the buffering... and that's all. Hello, Perhaps it is a typical question but i've got stuck. I'm using icecast2+ices to stream some ogg vorbis files or voice_in_life (/dev/dsp) over the network/internet. All seems to work fine, for example using: ogg123 http://127.0.0.1:8000/mount works :). And: ogg123 http://my_internet_ip:8000/mount works too from another pc over internet and far away :). Hi: I've not had any problems compiling libshout and ices2 on my debian woody system with the default autotools (I think they're automake 1.4p4 and autoconf 2.53 if memory serves). I use libogg and libvorbis 1.0 though, not current CVS. I do use libshout and ices2 cvs though. If auto* tools turn out to be a suspect, you can get packages right up to automake 1.7 under woody. However, ices and shout read the file size, and stop when that value is reached, then they start playing the file over again.
