Because of Plain text mode, my output example is split across several

Include directory in smb.conf
Hi there,
I'm wondering if there any patch or recent developement that would allow to
include a directory rather than a file in smb.conf
Something like
includedir = /etc/samba/shares.d/
instead of
include = /etc/samba/shares.conf
Thanks for your help

FreeBSD 10-CURRENT and 9-STABLE snapshots
Hi,
A number of FreeBSD users have displayed interest in the availability
and testing of -STABLE and -CURRENT snapshot releases.
I have been working on generating snapshots regularly, and now would
like to announce their availability for those interested in testing.
Please note, as always with the -STABLE and -CURRENT branches, these
snapshots are not intended for production systems.

Cambiar datos de un DF
Hola:
Si codificas "col1" como un factor, lo puedes cambiar todo de una vez
renombrando los niveles correspondientes:
> df$col1<-as.factor(df$col1)
> df$col1

Saludos !!

Shared directory contained within another shared directory
Hello,
I have Samba server running version 3.0.33-3.29.el5_5.1. The Samba
server is a member server of a Windows 2003 domain. Winbind provides
authentication.
We have a physical directory named hr that is shared as "hr" and is
accessible to the HR department. A subdirectory of the hr directory
named hrshared is shared as "hrshared" and should be accessible to
specific users

I've been struggling for several days with an issue to which I found a
number of references, but few solutions, so wanted to put my experience
"out there", in the hope that others may find it useful at some time.

Cisco ATA186 and Asterisk dialplan
Hi all,
I have a Cisco ATA186 connected to an Asterisk Server (SIP)
The dialplan uses 1XX for local extensions and XXXXXXX for
external numbers, where the first digit is always different than 1.
In this moment, when I dial 123 for example, ATA waits till
timeout before dialing that number. The same for the longer one.
How can I do to make it dial imediately when 3 digits starting with
1 are

This does not seem a viable option then with Ubuntu 18.04. And changing XML on all guest VMs is extra work.
Is there no other way? For example, are all such virtual machines not some daemon or systemd unit or set of units? Would it be feasible to

Hey is there a more consistent way of connecting to Rserve. I have
code that opens a connection to Rserve by executing explicitly using
Java runtime ( "C:\Program Files\R\r20XXX\Rserve.exe" ).
However when i run the app and attempt to connect, it does not connect
imediately.I have to close the app and open it again for a few times
before i get a connection.
Am i doing something wrong?
