ManualInstall page update review request
Hello everyone, I'm more or less finished with updating the ManualInstall wiki page ( https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/ManualInstall ). Any feedback would be appreciated. I would be very grateful also if someone found a way of predicting the "predictable" network interface names, since I haven't been able to find a consistent method that works across different types of machines

CentOS 7 Manual Install
I am following the instructions from the CentOS website to manually install CentOS 7 (http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/ManualInstall) but the guide seems to have some quality issues. I've partitioned the storage fine and now onto setting up RPM. Unfortunately I am at a loss on how to do this. I am doing this on VMware Workstation 10 and the host OS is Ubuntu 14.04. Thanks Parvez

Chroot Install
Good Morning, I want to update my CF-Microdrive for my router with CentOS (currently there is Slacky on it). I have attached the microdrive to my notebook using a pcmcia CF adapter. Within my CentOS installation the drive is detected correctly as ide_cf and all partitions are shown. But as the installer does not ship the necessary modules for a pcmcia ide installation i am searching for a way to

Bootstrap / permutation textbooks
Dear R experts, I would like to explore if and to what extent bootstrapping and permutation statistics can help me for my research (functional brain imaging). I am looking for an introductory textbook, rather legible. I have statistical knowledge, but I am definitely no statistical or mathematical guru. Do you have suggestions for a useful textbook? Thanks a lot, Peter

How to install network apps?
I'm trying to figure out an intelligent way to install apps on the network server, and be able to install once and have all the clients use this. However, it seems like most installations modify the registry and seem to demand a client-by-client installation. Am I missing something on this? Can someone provide me some hints or references to help this? (And is anyone thinking about a SMS/ZEN

"A primary domain controller is already running in this domain. "
When we rebooted our NT PDC (I was on vacation) they had the following error message: "A primary domain controller is already running in this domain." I do not want any Samba boxes to act as PDC to the domain, but use either the true NT PDC or the NT BDC for authentication. If either box cannot be located, than just act as another NT workstation. I have included the global section of

Fix DTX is always unavailable when DISABLE_FLOAT_API is not defined
Hi. I found that DTX is always unavailable when DISABLE_FLAOT_API is not defined in OPUS_AUTO mode. As you know analysis_info.valid is alway true except NaN case and is_silence is alway true except digital zero signal case. In general, following condition will be alway true except exceptional case. (analysis_info.valid || is_silence) But in a code, there is a NOT expression in front of above

Gluster CLI reference
Hi, As part of our initiative to improve our docs, we have made a few changes over the past few weeks. One of this is a CLI reference [1]. This is still a WIP so not all commands have been documented. Is this something you would find useful? Would you like to see more information captured as part of this? If yes, what else should we include? Thanks, Nithya [1]:

Hi, I won't be able to attend today Virt SIG meeting.
