Problems getting nouveau to work with either Geforce GT710 or Geforce 9800GT on ARM Cortex-A9
Hi Ben,
Ok! I've removed nvidiafb from kernel config.
Now linux is able to boot with the msi Geforce GT 710 card and
eventually ends up displaying a slightly distorted lightdm login
screen. The mouse cursor moves, but never changes to typing cursor
mode when hovering the password input box, and I am also unable to
enter the password, some graphics glitches in the login box too. There

GT710 and Nouveau on ARM/ARM64
The most common issue on arm is that the pci memory window is too narrow to
allocate all the BARs. Can you see if there are messages in the kernel to
that effect?

GT710 and Nouveau on ARM/ARM64
Hi
Seeing as we (Raspberry Pi) have just launched the Compute Module 4
with an exposed PCIe x1 lane, people are asking about adding graphics
cards.
Seeing as you are the people who have the knowledge with regard to
NVidia and nouveau, what are your immediate thoughts of nouveau
working on ARM/ARM64? Is there a chance of this working? I'm no PCIe
expert, although I can call on some expertise

[PATCH 1/2] fifo/gf100: take runlist target into account
Bits 28:29 of RUNLIST_BASE specify the memory target of the runlist. Set

memory.
