Hi Wine-users! I currently run wine 20040716, but it can't run any of my applications (namely Macromedia Studio MX) So I want to try the latest version. I have compiled 20040716 from .tar.gz format. I would like to do the same with the newer version. My question is what is the procedure to completely uninstall Wine and do a fresh install, WITHOUT uninstalling the Macromedia apps? Thank you

Hi I'm dual booting between win98se and mandrake. I have fireworks 4 on the windows partition. I cannot open fireworks 4 using wine - wine Fireworks 4.exe I have noticed this with linux, that if there is a space -like there is between the word fireworks and the numeral 4 - linux wont proceed. I was running dreamweaver cs4 just fine in wine 1.1.9, I then upgraded to version 1.1.10 and it no longer ran. I tried to redo the steps that I took to install dreamweaver cs4 (I have the dreamweaver files on a portable harddrive, all I have to do is copy them over to the wine directories) in wine 1.1.9 in wine 1.1.10 but it still froze.
