The support for a "real" Windows registry was dropped in Wine
recently.

That means that if program requires registry entries, and I suspect that
Dreamweaver and Fireworks do, then they will probably need to be
installed from within Wine. Solitaire and notepad do not require
registry entries, so they are unaffected.
So I would suggest trying a new Wine C: drive and installing the apps
there, or reverting to an older version of Wine. That said, I have no
idea whether the apps actually will work in Wine.
