[ANNOUNCE] xf86-video-amdgpu 1.1.2
This is the 1.1.2 release of xf86-video-amdgpu, the Xorg driver for AMD Radeon GPUs supported by the amdgpu kernel driver. The only change in this release is a fix for issues with the configure option --with-xorg-conf-dir which slipped into the 1.1.1 release. Everybody is advised to use this release in favour of 1.1.1. [PATCH] drm/fbdev: Make skip_vt_switch the default
KMS drivers really should all be able to restore their display state on resume without fbcon helping out. So make this the default. Since I'm not entirely foolish, make it only a default, which drivers can still override. That way when the inevitable regression report happens I can fix things up with a one-liner plus FIXME comment that someone should fix up the suspend/resume code in that
