Ippon BackComfoPro (06da:0003 Phoenixtec Power)
Roman,
I don't think I already asked, but could you post the output of
lsusb -v -d 06da:0003
Just to be sure that we're not exceeding some buffer limitations of
the device.
Best regards, Arjen

The "test.battery.start" command takes a parameter in seconds (defaults to 600):

Questions about Eaton 5E 1, 100W 2, 200VA 6-Outlet UPS
I can't seem to get the longer battery tests to actually run:
test.battery.start
test.battery.start.deep
Both appear to leave the battery voltage at line-power levels; while the
quick test does have a notable voltage delta.
Are there any other tests I can perform or ways that I can help gather data
to get the longer tests supported?
I borrowed a 60W light bulb (instead of one of the

Maruson power net 1500 support?
I recently took over maintenance of a linux computer which is drawing
power from a "Maruson Power Net 1500" UPS. However, there is currently
no monitoring or control of the UPS by this (or any other) computer.
Can nut control this device? There are serial, usb, and EPO connectors
on the back of the unit. (There may be a manual but I'm going to have
to hunt for it.)
Thanks,
David

I did not find this manufacturer in the driver list.
Anyone know if you can have compatibility with other make and model of UPS.

OMRON BX35F
Hi nut-upsdev,
I have just got OMRON BX35F. Only object
files and usage information is included.
Where should I start to help you to get it

string interpolation - #{} vs. single vs. double quotes
Could someone point me to documentation that provides a succinct and accurate description of the difference between interpolation using #{}, single quotes, and double quotes ?
I imagine there''s a set of precedence rules that govern behavior if/when they''re mixed. I''d like to get clear on this.
Thanks,
Bill

Power Shield Defender 1200 - The Story Continues
Hi,
Sometime ago [ June 2018 ] I posted a message about getting trying to
get NUT to work with a Power Shield Defender 1200VA UPS. This model
appears in the HCL at https://networkupstools.org/stable-hcl.html
That UPS reported the following when queried using 'lsusb' on an iMac
running macOS [ 10.15 ]
