Re: passthrough of PCI-device
Dear Michael, Did you activate the Intel IO MMU (or its equivalent for AMD)? Also, did you load the pci_stub module for Linux? It is mandatory (it will replace current driver for your passed through hardware). Re: passthrough of PCI-device
Good morning, there is a typo in my description; the line <address domain='0x0' bus='0x1' slot='0x00' function='0x0'/> should be <address domain='0x0' bus='0x2' slot='0x00' function='0x0'/> That was correct in my xml-file. Isn't there anybody how can help me with that? Regards Michael Weis Von:

Dear all, I'm currently working on converting mathematica code (https://github.com/ASDSE/thermosimfit/blob/master/Packages/thermoHD-Comp/thermoCacheHD-1Comp.m) to R. The code is related to solve algebraic systems. > eqthermo = {h0 == h + hd + hga, d0 == d + hd, ga0 == ga + hga, kga == > ???? hga / (h * ga), kd == hd / (h * d)}; > > (* IDA HD*) > sthdIDAcacheHD[fkd_, fkga_,

Why do I get different results for type III anova using the drop1 or Anova command?
Dear experts, I just noticed that I get different results conducting type III anova using drop1 or the Anova command from the car package. I suppose I made a mistake and hope you can offer me some help. I have no idea where I got wrong and would be very grateful for explaination as R is new terrain for me. If I run the commands in line, they produce the same results. But if I run them in

computer algebra in R
Dear Konrad, I presume that the system can be written as follows, where h0, d0, ga0, kga and kd are given: err1 = h + hd + hga - h0; err2 = d + hd - d0; err3 = ga + hga - ga0; err4 = hga - kga*h*ga; err5 = hd - kd*h*d; All error terms should be zero. Do you need (a) the symbolic solution or (b) is a numeric solution fine? I do not have any experience with yacas or caracas. But see below. ###

[PATCH RFC 2/3] vfio: report group noiommu status

[PATCH RFC 3/3] vfio: add virtio pci quirk
Modern virtio pci devices can set VIRTIO_F_IOMMU_PLATFORM to signal they are safe to use with an IOMMU. Without this bit, exposing the device to userspace is unsafe, so probe and fail VFIO initialization unless noiommu is enabled. Signed-off-by: Michael S. [PATCH v2] vfio error recovery: kernel support
This is a design and an initial patch for kernel side for AER support in VFIO. 0. What happens now (PCIE AER only) Fatal errors cause a link reset. Non fatal errors don't. All errors stop the VM eventually, but not immediately because it's detected and reported asynchronously. Interrupts are forwarded as usual. Correctable errors are not reported to guest at all.

Nun m??chte ich f??r die signifikanten Einflussfaktoren einen Post Hoc Tukey Test durchf??hren, um zu ermitteln in wie weit die einzelnen Faktorstufen sich signifikant voneinander unterscheiden.
