ext3 with quota under heavy load.
Hello list, I have a problem with an NFS server for my network. It has ran kernels 2.4.18-ac4 - 2.4.21-ac1, all with problems. The -ac patches are used to provide the new style quota support. The system seems to have gotten even less stable with the new kernel versions. This morning around 5 am, I got a page the system was unresponding to NFS requests. I ssh'd in, and found the loadavg

Asterisk - can't hear other side. Or other side does not hear us
Hello, This is not technical post, just looking for suggestions on what to check.I have asterisk for long time, no updates, just maintain OS updates. I use SPA504G phones Very rarely and randomly when we pickup a phone - other side does not hear us. Call them back and all works. Now I have couple people I'm talking to and it seems like very call like this. Someone can't hear someone.

Autokey types a dir into open ile dialog but not recognised
I was playing with Autokey to automate the use of a Win app, but it seems that it is not recognising keystrokes properly. Not sure where the problem is. If I were to open Notepad, and then use keyboard.send_keys("<ctrl>+o"), it doesn't work but manually pressing the actual keys, it does. However using the same command for a native app (say firefox) it does work. So perhaps

Re: Autokey types a dir into open ile dialog but not recognised
I have a similar problem. I used Autokey to expand ";d" to the current date, e.g. 2011.10.26-09:19:54. But in windows apps running inside Wine, the colons end up as semi-colons (2011.10.26-09;19;54), suggesting the SHIFT key is not registering correctly. (Note: I'm using CrossOver, hence Wine indirectly.)

DTMF wrongly recognised
Before I start ... I know there's been a lot of talk over the last couple of days about the list being slow etc... I understand there were problems and that mail is starting to get through now. Just wondering - should I be surprised if something I sent 48 hours ago hasn't turned up at all? And something I sent about 6 hours ago still hasn't turned up (yet). I'm just curious

"sh" is not recognised as an internal or external comman d, operable program or batch file
That looks like the symptom of not following the documentation when trying to build packages on Windows. (You have not stated the platform.) In that case please check and see if you have the tools in Rtools.zip installed and on the PATH. TDM400P recognised as "Network controller: Unknowndevice"
All the 'unknown device' means is that your 'lspci' doesn't know what the card is. That's all. Nothing more. --Rob ________________________________ From: asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com] On Behalf Of Aryanto Rachmad Sent: Tuesday, 4 October 2005 7:43 AM To: asterisk-users@lists.digium.com Subject:

cell phone hangup not getting recognised by system
Hi all, When I do a test call into the box (which is running latest version of Trixbox) it all goes fine. If i decide to hangup the cellphone (during the ivr playing options) the system does not recognize the hangup and the system continues through and ends up at the timeout option. What settings do I need to change to fix this. Is it the rxgain? If so is there something i can use to figure

TDM400P recognised as "Network controller: Unknown device"
Hello everybody, I have been googling for hours and also searched on http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-Asterisk, but I still can not find any information for the problem I have. So I hope one of you could help me out. I have actually very little experience in Asterisk and also Linux. But by following installation guide, luckily I could get asterisk working. That is only with SIP and IAX channels

Network cards not recognised
Hi, We have a HP DL385 G6 server that is having an issue. Two of the 4 network cards are not being recognised by Linux. We have quite a few other servers with the same hardware and no issues but, before I call HP, I would like to make sure that I am not doing anything wrong :) I have tried with the kernel that came with CentOS 5.5 and the updated one kernel-2.6.18-194.11.3. I do an lspci

Controllers in modules, not recognised - driving me mad!
Hi, I hope somebody can help me here but I''m having a very strange problem getting Rails to recognise controllers inside modules. The strange thing is, it was working the other day and I''ve not changed anything as far as I''m aware. I''m running on OSX using Ruby 1.8.4 and Rails RC1 (but I''ve also tried rolling back to Rails 1.0 and tried Edge Rails)

X100P not recognised on FreeBSD system
I've just received an OEM Wildcard X100P FXO card. Installing into my FreeBSD 5.4-RELEASE box it doesn't appear to be recognised at all. Since it's the first time I've put a PCI card in this machine I've just dropped a Netgear ethernet card in to make sure there isn't something fundamentally wrong with the motherboard, but that works fine. Is there anything else I
