Those that I tried are the PHP Ticket, DanPHPSupport, Epix Power Support, ruQueue, Ticket Express, OTRS, PMOS Help Desk and eTicket. From those, PMOS and eTicket are my top picks. I have problem installing OTRS the last time, so I am

After listing the file installed by using rpm -ql | grep clamav, I observe that it was really not included in the installation. Did I miss something here? Difference between SCCP and Cisco Call Manager traffic?
I'm wondering about the difference between Cisco Call Manager and SCCP(2) network traffic. I'm working on getting a Cisco 7960 phone to speak through a NAT to an asterisk box, without having to do a bunch of port forwarding on the NAT device. Without the nat, everything works fine. If the phone is behind a cisco pix that is doing the natting, it works fine (fixup protocol). If the

Help, PHP/Mysql connections are so slow.
Hi. I've got a new Centos 5.1 x86-64 server that uses PHP to communicate with MySQL5. On this server, PHP/Mysql connections are dead slow and unresponsive. It takes sometimes up to a minute to list tables in phpmyadmin for example. I've verified on the server that the issue has to be PHP/Mysql related. If I use a CGI based Mysql admin tool, communication is fast and there are no delays.

OT: Ping failed
Hi, The Ping service in Nagios has "unknown" status which was previously OK, this happens after i messed up some of the files owner and accidentally change it to Apache. Although I restored most of the file permission back to Root, the problem above still appears which I suspect is due to permission. Does anybody have idea where to look at. Thanks, junji aisalen.wordpress.com Linux

Impossible to IPfilter this?
Hi! I'm trying to increase security on my FreeBSD 4.8 firewall/DSL router/VPN router. My problem is with firewalling the VPN part. I'm using a tunnel to a RedHat 7.1 box running FreeS/WAN. This tunnel allows traffic from my internal net (172.17.0.0/24) to that box only: spdadd 172.17.0.0/24 $REDHAT/32 any -P out ipsec esp/tunnel/$MYADDR-$REDHAT/unique; spdadd $REDHAT/32 172.17.0.0/24
