Gluster set brick online and start sync.
Hello everybody,
Please, help to fix me a problem.
I have a distributed-replicated volume between two servers. On each
server I have 2 RAID-10 arrays, that replicated between servers.

make error for zaptel
Hi,
I'm running SuSE 9.3 fully updated using YOU and I *have* re-booted the
box (in a hope to sort out the uname -r issue mentioned below).
I'm using the Asterisk Doc Proj vol 1 to guide me through the initial
setup. I have no special HW and intend to use asterisk on an internal
network just to get some experience.
I have downloaded what I think I need and placed it in /usr/src (see

no dentry for non-root inode
hi!
One of our user removed a directory through samba and right after that
recreated it.
It looks like this now:
?????????? ? ? ? ? ? 20110817
Gluster version is 3.2.2-1ubuntu~ppa1~lucid1 on client (samba server)
and the same but Natty on the nodes. It was upgraded from 3.2.1.
What is this? If a client try to access it, it freezes up.

orphaned snapshots
I?ve never had such situation and I don?t recall someone sharing something similar.
Most probably it?s easier to remove the node from the TSP and re-add it.Of course , test the case in VMs just to validate that it?s possible to add a mode to a cluster with snapshots.
I have a vague feeling that you will need to delete all snapshots.

NetBios name resolution from WINDOWS
Hi,
I've been following a similar and current thread about name resolution
from LINUX side.
I have exactly the opposite problem (running ubuntu 7.10 on a network
with a mixture ubuntu 6.06, WinXP and WinVista boxes)
The winboxes cannot see or mount this 7.10 box
I can mount WinPC shares on this 7.10 box.
I was wondering about firewalls, but I can ping this 7.10 from the
WinBox by IP address

MAKEing zaptel and ztdummy on SuSE 9.3 - Repost
Hi,
Sorry to re-post, but I'm still having hassles with ztdummy. I'm using
kernel 2.6.11.4-21.7-smp and Asterisk 1.0.8 on SuSE 9.3
The first 3 makes (see below) for zaptel work out ok - but the
ztdummy.ko (etc) files *are* created even though I haven't yet
uncommented ztdummy in Makefile.
If the ztdummy bits are compiled, why edit Makefile & run make again?
modprobe ztdummy

proposal for adapting code of function gl()
Based on a discussion on SO I ran some tests and found that converting
to a factor is best done early in the process. Hence, I propose to
rewrite the gl() function as :
gl2 <- function(n, k, length = n * k, labels = 1:n, ordered = FALSE){
rep(
rep(
factor(1:n,levels=1:n,labels=labels, ordered=ordered),rep.int(k,n)
),length.out=length
)
}
Some test results :

Tessellation shaders get MEM_OUT_OF_BOUNDS errors / missing triangles
Hello,
I've been debugging a few different tessellation shader issues with
nouveau, but let's start small. I see this issue on my GK208 with high
frequency, and I *think* I've seen it once or twice on my GF108, but
it's exceedingly rare, if it does happen. I don't have a GK10x to test
on, unfortunately, but I assume it'll have the same issue as the
GK208.
The issue is

Error in downViewport.vpPath(vpPathDirect(name)
Hi,
I am having trouble plotting a series of dendrograms using lattice and grid
code as found in Paul Murrells book R Graphics.
This is the error message I recieve:
Error in downViewport.vpPath(vpPathDirect(name), strict, recording =
recording) :
Viewport 'plot1.panel.1.1.off.vp' was not found
I have attached the code and also my data file. Should anyone have any

[LLVMdev] GSoC proposal: TGSI compiler back-end.
Although I'm sending this as a GSoC proposal, I'm well aware that the
amount of work that a project of this kind involves largely exceeds the
scope of the GSoC program. I think that's okay: my work here wouldn't
be finished at the end of this summer by any means, it would merely be a
start.
TGSI is the intermediate representation that all open-source GPU drivers

Tessellation shaders get MEM_OUT_OF_BOUNDS errors / missing triangles
One additional observation that I just made is that on GK208, the blob
apparently doesn't use the result of S2R Rx, SR_INVOCATION_ID
wholesale in TCS. It either passes it through a I2I.S32.S32 Rx, |Rx|
(i.e. absolute value), or even more paradoxically, shl 2; shr 2; which
removes the top *2* bits, rather than just the top 1. However I see no
such behaviour on GF108.
I'm going to test out

Making the video plugin + patched MPlayer work with other backends
Hi,
I'm wondering how I can make my patched up mplayer work with other
MPlayer frontends, such as mplayer-plugin, GMPlayer, SMPlayer and
KMPlayer. When I play a video using mplayer normally with:
mplayer video.ext,
It detects the compiz video output and works fine, however when it is
called from other players (AFAIK, it just creates a window then asks
mplayer to display in it) with mplayer

Urgent query about R!
Hi there,
I am currently working on a R programming project and got stuck.
I am supposed to generate a set of possibilities of 1296 different
combinations of 4 numbers, ie. 1111, 1234, 2361, (only contain 1 to 6) in a
matrix form
here is what I got which has not been working as it keeps coming out with
the same number on the row..
The code:
gl1<- gl(1296,1,length=1296, labels=1:1296,

mount volumes ON the arbiter?
So, I am looking to solve an extremely minor argument among my co-workers.
Since the list is quiet I figured I'd throw this out there. Its clearly
not a problem, bug, etc so obviously ignore it if you better things to
do <Grin>
We have lots of 2 data hosts +1 arbiter clusters around.? Mostly
corresponding to Libvirt pools.
So we have something akin to /POOL-GL1 available on the two
