I am having trouble configuring libao for cross compiling for an arm target on an x86 host. I try ./confgure --target=arm but, get the following error configure: error: can not run test program while cross compiling and it ends without finishing. Here is a patch to fix the compiler warnings I mentioned earlier. I've removed the byte-order changes that don't make sense. (Thanks Michael for pointing out the error!) Hey' Can't seem to compile libao. I'm using Slackware-7.1-current-ish, linux-2.4.2, gcc-2.95.2, and alsa-9.0-beta2. Jeff Waugh asked whether we'd be willing to relicense libao so it can be used with proprietary applications.
