I've been having problems with Audiograbber, it got the track breaks all wrong on a couple of CDs. I think it re-used the track breaks from the first CD when reading subsequent CDs. The thing is, I would like to encode in real-time, rather than having to record the wav and then use the speex encoder to encode it. In AudioGrabber, you have the option to set up an external encoder, you don't only have the initial options available.
