INSTALL_SCRIPT during installation (PR#526)
The following patch uses INSTALL_SCRIPT to install scripts, as opposed
to directly using INSTALL. It is relative to R-1.0.1 source.

MIT Kerberos and OpenSSH
Howdie,
Is there a way to get the default BSD 5.3 openssh to compile against
the MIT kerberos libraries? I have set NO_KERBEROS=yes in /etc/make.conf so
that the heimdal kerberos is not built, and rebuilt world, then installed
/usr/ports/security/krb5 and rebuilt world again. sshd is however not being
built against MIT at all.

[PATCH 0/3] xen: various changes to what we install in /boot
Jan suggested a couple of cleanups based upon my "xen: allow
architecture to choose whether to compress installed xen binary" patch.
So this series now consists of:
xen: allow architecture to choose how/whether to compress installed xen binary
xen: x86: drop the ".gz" suffix when installing
xen: Use $(T) and $(D) aliases in install target

configure: sed: Function s%@PDFLATEX@%/usr/local/bin/pdflatex%g (PR#1222)
Sometimes, configure isn't able to create the makefiles. It
produces errors like:
sed: Function s%@PDFLATEX@%/usr/local/bin/pdflatex%g cannot be parsed.
This happens when I use a combination of arguments to configure like:
--prefix=$HOME/R-tst
--with-tcl-config=/opt_local/opt/tcl/lib/tclConfig.sh
--with-tk-config=/opt_local/opt/tk/lib/tkConfig.sh

Tcl/Tk and mouse
Within a loop I tried to draw some things in
dependency on the position of the mouse.
This works fine with R-1.5.1 but R-1.6.1
requires to include some delay by
Sys.sleep(delay) with delay>=0.015.
For smaller values (e.g. 0.0001) the
top level tcltk-window does not appear
and so I am not able to control the elements
to be plotted using the tcltk-widget.
Question1: How can I force

[PATCH] xen: arm: make zImage the default target which we install
From: Ian Campbell <ian.campbell@citrix.com>
The zImage compatible binary is the useful one on real hardware. The relocated
ELF thing is only really useful when booting directly on Fast Models. The
customary suffix for that case is .axf so provide that as a target.

0.63 missing .pl files in etc?
Just grabbed the R-0.63.tar.gz from CRAN. Again during the build make
fails. bin/build-help did not have exec permissions. After that, it
failed for missing *.pl files called from build-help. I just copied
them from an R-devel I had. Then make docs worked. However,
LibIndex was not built. I am on an hpux-pa1.1-hpux-10.20 using egcs:

hi Jeffrey,
This patch should have fixed the problem:

Please update and try again, sorry for the breakage!
