putting the mark for censored time on 1-KM curve or competing risk curve

Hi, I have a problem about graphics. I would like to plot two graphs: a barplot and curve. Hmisc curve label size & cex

It seems that cex must be high relative to the other cex values in order to produce sufficiently large & legible tick labels at high resolutions.
