What is the best asterisk platform to use? What are you guys using? I am looking for something to host either in our data center or at the customer prem where I have the control over the unit and not through a contractor. What are your experiences with faxing through Asterisk to the PSTN? We are using g.711u as a codec, and are originating/terminating with Broadvox as well as through our own PSTN gateways. We have had some luck with incoming faxes coming into our network from Broadvox DIDs. They work 50% of the time. Not sure yet on PSTN incoming since nobody that is using FAX is in our local rate centers.

Asterisk Users, Has anybody use Voicepulse Connect for Asterisk? I am trying to cover all my bases because in the past, I got burned with poor quality of service, along with failed DTMF tones with 3 different SIP Providers (Vitelity, Broadvoice, and Teliax).
