Is anyone else having problems with them? Until today everything was working fine. But now dtmf is not working on incoming calls. Any ideas? I tried calling them and their voicemail is not accepting answers. Is there another source for DIDs in the 314 or 636 area codes? Especially a company that supports something besides ulaw. I am going to hate switching numbers again, my wife is going to KILL ME. thanks dhh
I'm doing OK today with them in 314, but I was having similar DTMF problems and registration problems with them yesterday. I didn't try to call them, but I did email them and have received no response. However, my service is working flawlessly today. Packet8 does 314 as well, but they won't give you SIP credentials. I think Vonage does too, but I'm not positive about that. Has anyone else encountered Broadvoice problems today? I was unable to log in at all until after lunchtime. Now I can connect but any calls ring once then get 480 Temporarily Unavailable back from Broadvoice. It's now also impossible to call their support desk, any calls receive a recorded message saying the mailbox is full and then get hung up. Just wondering if I'm alone in this? Russell.
