Problem Comoiling wine-git
Hello Everyone, I'm trying to do a regression test on Dungeon Seige Demo. The problem it has is that when i play the game without virtual desktop it is missing the upper part of the screen. I know it works good on wine-1.3.37 and its bad on wine-1.4-rc1. but i tried to compile wine-git twice and it's not compiling. I keep getting make errors. Is there something wrong with wine-git?

Re: Should I report my problem in Bugzilla? Outcast problem.
Hi, I have good news about running Outcast in Wine! Since Wine 1.0-rc2, I can play the Outcast Demo perfectly in Wine (with high quality settings)! The only problem is that the game doesn't run in fullsreen which is a little boring because the Outcast maximum resolution is 512x384... I also get few errors in a terminal output probably due to the main menu (not important!).

Dungeon Keeper 2 graphics crash? (probably a quick fix)
I switched to Ubuntu last week and have been trying to get some old classics running, and I'm working on Dungeon Keeper 2. I'm very new to Wine and to debugging, so I apologise if this problem is in bugzilla; I was unable to find it as I didn't know which part of the error to focus on! I'm using Wine 1.1.42, Ubuntu 10.04 and DK2 is patched and cracked to the max. When I prompt

AppdB and Bugzilla suggestion
Video acceleration is an essential aspect of personal computers now, and it's becoming more important every day. Not only for games, but also for most modern OS interfaces, video decoding and all kinds of applications are depending on it now. So, I think both AppDB and Bugzilla should have 2 aditional dropboxes when reporting test data and bugs : one for the video card manufacturer (Nividia,

Mouse warping, toggle option
One of the nagging issues that has been around for awhile with wine is "mouse warping" In some cases it doesn't place nice with the house environment, in other cases it doesn't play nice with the game, and overall it's a bit of an annoyance. Would it be possible to introduce an option to wine that would allow one to select whether warping is used (maybe a checkbox for

Bugzilla comment
too many UNCO bugs are listed for wine < 1.0 . I suggest purging or archiving the really old ones since they must have been fixed or no-one cares for them atm. Either way they're too confusing!

low FPS in some cases
I have very interesting problem. In some games in certain locations FPS falls down to approximately 2 or 3. For example in "King's Bounty: the Legend". The game starts smoothly and runs smoothly, but when I enter some locations (training dungeon for example) the FPS becomes extremely low, if I quit this location fps becomes normal again. Changing graphics options to the lowest

Dungeon Siege slow disk I/O
Yesterday after a lot of trial and error i found a way to get Dungeon siege to install. I installed it in Windows 7 then rebooted to Ubuntu 10.04 to run it. Because fo the way Dungeon Siege works this method is fine. It even asks the user to agree to the EULA. It is currently updated to the latest 1.11 version. Besides the commonly known intro cut scene bug there is a major issue which has

Is there any problem with Bugzilla?
I was attaching a file to report a problem on the Sims 4 and suddenly my attachment went to "Add optional start menu and taskbar to explorer". http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11629 Please remove this attachment http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=30276 It is not related to the problem. This comment, also, is misplaced there: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11629#c5
