R: Re: LMTP : Can't handle mixed proxy/non-proxy destinations
Hi Timo, I'm writing to alert you that even in version 2.1. we have the error: "Can't handle mixed proxy/non-proxy destinations" when we write to two users: one existent and one not. The error occurs randomly. I configure LDAP query in the file : dovecot-ldap.conf in this way: pass_attrs = mail=user, userPassword=password,=proxy=y,mailHost=host, =proxy_timeout=600

Dovecot 2.0.13 problem with LMTP
Hello, we have dovecot 2.0.13 installed in our RHEL5 servers. We use dovecot as a lmtp proxy on the front end mail relays and dovecot for back end lmtp/pop/imap. All our servers have RHEL5.6 64-bit and dovecot 2.0.13 installed, and the back end has also an ext3 mbox file-system mounted. Sometimes we have mails that get stuck on our postfix queue with the following error: Remote server not

LMTP : Can't handle mixed proxy/non-proxy destinations
Hello, In my current setup, I uses two mailservers to handle the users connections, and my emails are stored on a distant server using NFS (maildir architecture) Dovecot is both my IMAP server and the delivery agent (LMTP via postfix) To avoid indexing issues related to NFS, proxying is enabled both on IMAP and LMTP. But when a mail is sent to users that are shared between the servers, I got the

Dovecot LDA/LMTP vs postfix virtual delivery agent and the x-original-to header
I'm resurrecting this again because I'm getting pretty close to possibly being ready to install a brand new dovecot server (finally), but I still need for dovecots LMTP to add the x-original-to header. So... was this completed quietly, or is support for it still not there? Thanks, Charles On Tue Apr 28 2015 15:27:07 GMT-0400 (Eastern Standard Time), Charles Marcus <CMarcus at

"Choosing the IMAP sent folder as account's sent items folder" is not working. That was the problem. But I fixed the problem using a "copy on send" rule. Enabling Master User for migration
Apologies - maybe doveconf -n shows a hint at the problem? Maybe it has to do with I'm using the default_realm? rsync to multiple destinations
I am looking for a way to start one rsync command with multiple destinations. My use case: I have one (slow) usb drive which should be synced to two other harddrives. It would be great if rsync could read one file which is to be copied to both hard drives only once, so the slow usb connection is used more efficiently. Any idea or is this a wishlist "bug"? Thanks

Thanks for your message! Actually it works quite well for me too. If I then take the trace of the final result below, I end up with a number made up of both a real and an imaginary part. This does not probably mean much if the trace of the matrix below givens me info about the degrees of freedom of a model... Simona >----Messaggio originale---- >Da: RVaradhan at jhmi.edu >Data:
