Hi guys Im looking to config a BDC server for the high traffic supported inside the primary server. I never configured a BDC server inside ubuntu 9.04 and OpenLdap and Im very lost. Looking for internet I found howtos for PDCs server but not for BDC. Anyone can help me more? I vaguely remember some issue where openldap between versions went from using a single file for config to a multiple file config. I think you could use the slapcat command to convert. If this is an NT4-style domain, then DNS is not essential. Things like SRV records aren't relevant since a lot of the NT4 is back from the NetBios days.
