Hello All,
My name is Prakhar Bansal and I am a graduate student in computer
engineering at Iowa State University.
In my research work, I have worked on Memory access monitoring of an
application using the LLVM static analysis framework, where I developed a
tracing tool using an LLVM module pass to perform tracing across multiple

3com mba 4.30 problem
Hello All,
I seem to be having a problem with PXE under the 3com MBA
once the pxe loads the standard redhat 7.2 lilo prompt and
I type my label which is a4-72 and hit enter, I get:
Loading vmlinuz...
and it stops most of the time. Sometimes it loads and once it gets to
the part of installing linux the screen turns red and I
get "interrupt handler not syncing"
Thanks

xyplot: strip size
Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to control
the strip size in xyplot for example using the
strip.default function. Or do I need to redraw
the strips by myself?
I would like to make
the strip slimmer and I have reduced the font
size using cex. However, I don't know how
to change the size of the strip.
Thanks for any tips.

Adopting a third-party JSON library
Hi,
I'm a new contributor. I'm considering the possibility of adopting a third-party JSON library instead of LLVM's homegrown `lib/Support/JSON.cpp`. The way I see it, this would bring several advantages as well as some downsides:
+ Slimmer codebase.
+ Benefit from upstream work and active contributions to another project.
+ Possibly improved performance and API ergonomics.

Request for wiki editing policy change...
I'm a newbie at centos (hence my visiting a wiki on the subject in the
first place) but pretty savvy about wikis.
I got an account (Jen.RM) with the wiki thinking that would let me
edit a writeup that was broken. Then I clicked on the contribute tab
thinking that maybe someone had renamed "edit" and I ended up here:

Josh Coalson, you rock!
I haven't been here during the development, and I haven't yet looked at
the source, but the end result is so impressive that it's moving me to
comment:
In this great free software world we live in, it is rare to find a
project so well researched, designed, executed, and presented as FLAC.
It fits my needs beautifully, aligns with my political interests, and
has been rock solid

Hi everyone,
I suceeded in setting up a samba server with ldap authentication using
smbldap-tools. Everything is fine except one thing:
If a user is changing his password inside windows client the password is
encrypted and saved in ldap tree. I need this password as cleartext
'cause a webmail application only matches with cleartext passwords.

packet rate limiting
Hi,
I''m currently looking for a QoS extension that allows to limit the packet
rate to a given value. As I''m using HTB at the moment bandwidth limiting works
pretty well but packet rate limiting would be superb.
I do traffic shaping on a firewalling bridge (2.4.21) using iptables mark
and HTB. Any suggestions would be appriciated!

Mike

choppy and cracking sound from zyxel prestige 2002
Hi,
Does anyone have suggestions hooking Zyxel Prestige 2002 to Asterisk?
I have tested Zyxel Prestige with both supported codecs.
Call with G.711 sounds very choppy and cracking. Almost can't understand
a word.
Today I installed G.729 support into Asterisk but unbearable voice
quality remains. It's a little bit better though.
I have tested that Zyxel ATA with some commercial SIP

Outgoing calls via Sipgate
Hello all,
With some help from people in #asterisk on freenode, I've managed to get
incoming SIP calls working.
Outgoing calls however are however a different matter. My whole working
(incoming calls only) SIPgate configuration can be found here. [1]
When I uncommon what's in there, nothing works. There doesn't appear to
be any useful error being logged , even when debug is
