[LLVMdev] neon registers llvm using
Hi, Everyone: Can anyone let me know the default NEON registers llvm going to use with armv7 devices? For example, d10 and d11 are treated as default zero? I am using Xcode5 + llvm and I got a case that compiler will generate neon codes " vst.8 {d10, d11}, [r1] " from C codes: "int aMV[4]; ...... aMV[0] = aMV[1] = aMV[2] = aMV[3] = 0; " and I

[LLVMdev] Can the FileCheck ignore spaces ?
Hi all: I'm writing testcase for the MC layer regression in llvm, the disassembled string is a bit complicate, for example: "IALU.T0 (I0) = BIU0.DM ; REPEAT AT ( 2 ) ;;" The spaces in the disassembled string is error-prone. Is there any option to tell the FileCheck utility to ignore the spaces ? Kind Regards. Shawn.

[LLVMdev] Can the FileCheck ignore spaces ?
"--strict-whitespace By default, FileCheck canonicalizes input horizontal whitespace (spaces and tabs) which causes it to ignore these differences (a space will match a tab). The/--strict-whitespace/ <http://llvm.org/docs/CommandGuide/FileCheck.html#cmdoption--strict-whitespace>argument disables this behavior. End-of-line sequences are canonicalized to UNIX-style ā€˜nā€™ in all

Krb5 options patch
Does anyone see a need for a patch that allows Kerberos password authentication with the correct local options? I'm simply trying to get a feel for if it's worth my time to investigate it further. The issue is that we also use a patch that does Kerberos ticket passing and our ticket lifetime is slightly higher than the default 10 hours. Users experience different behavior when they

Problem with SAMBA & Winbind
I have SAMBA & Winbind working quite well. Users are able to login with DOMAIN+username. With SAMBA sharing using the following config snipit, each user can see their home directory from their Windows machine, but when they try to access the directory, they are prompted for username/password. No combination of username or password seems to work. comment = Home Directories browseable

Major Digium Card Problems
Hi, I am having some major problems with 2 digium cards in two seperate servers they are both TDM400P cards one has 4 fxo ports and the other has 1 fxo port. First problem, the card with 4 FXO ports is fine until there is a storm in the area, then all 4 lines are massively static filled making phone calls barely understandable until the system is rebooted or the zaptel modules are unloaded and

I cannot seem to find any reference to labels in realtime extensions - using 1.4. I've googled until my eyes have bled, and also scoured voip-info.org. Is there anything that helps me here ? Many thanks. Julian

Change primaryGroupID
Currently, when CIFS users create files these get "Domain Users" as their group. I would appreciate a different group in general and yet another group for some selected users. Googling until my fingers bled I learned that this group is somehow magically encoded in the RID 513 set as primaryGroupID for all users. With Samba3 there used to be commands like 'net groupmap' to

image quality of plot inserted into PowerPoint
Dear R-helpers, I need to insert an R (2.6.0) generated plot containing semi-transparent colors into PowerPoint (2002). When I directly paste it from the clipboard or insert it as (enhanced) Metafile (I'm on Windows XP) the semi-transparent colors don't show. When I insert it at as a Bmp, Png or Jpeg and then convert to PDF the semitransparent colors do show but the quality of the image

[LLVMdev] Recharging the batteries
Hi, I've noticed that http://llvm.org/status/ hasn't been updated for a while, so I tought that some of you might find the following information interesting and/or encouraging... For benchmarking the stuff I'm working on I needed to compile a number of open-source packages. The settings I used: AS=llvm-as lLD=llvm-ld AR=llvm-ar CXX=llvm-g++ CC=llvm-gcc CFLAGS="-g
